With the Tragic Death of Lee Baker In September of 1996, just days after completing this album, an Important voice in Memphis Music was silenced. "Fresh Oil" is a lasting tribute not only to Lee, but to all those Memphis Blues Disciples that preceded him.

"Fresh Oil" is the long awaited second release from Lee Baker & The Agitators, Memphis' most authentic electric Country Blues Band. They have played their blues on Beale Street for years, becoming one of Memphis' best kept secrets.

The Agitators are a real honest to God band. Lee Baker, Joe Gaston, Richard Rosebrough, and Jimmy Segerson have played together and been friends for decades. In the early 70's Baker formed Moloch, Memphis' first heavy metal Blues band. Later, Segerson and Gaston joined the band. In 1988, they reformed adding Richard Rosebrough, to become the Agitators. They are fully committed to their sound which ranges from Delta Blues to explosive Rock and Roll.
