Ernie and Earl Cate, the "Cate Brothers", have been writing and performing their unique style of rock and soul music for more than 20 years.
The 70's soul men return with a shot of Blue eyed southern soul. Their 1st Single "Union Man" was a Top 10 record in 1974. Rolling Stone says "The Cate Bros. are the best southern band to come out of the woods."
During the late 1980's and early 1990's, Ernie and Earl Cate continued to write new material and in 1995 their first CD "Radioland" was released on Blue Sun, Ice House, Priority Records. In 1997, they released another CD, "Struck A Vein".
